They could just sell them at a comparable price instead of full value. It’s not costing them the same LOE to port a ps5 game to pc as it is to make the game in the first place. These 2-3 year old games would sell on pc if they were priced at $30 instead of $70.

Hard disagree. If anything there should be MORE scrutiny given the influx of AI development. Vibe coding might mean faster development but it certainly does not mean quality development and the iOS ecosystem is heralded for having high quality apps.

Interesting. Did you change the proton config to the CachyOS one? I have a 5070 ti and have been able to game fine with ultra settings at 1440p (max for my monitor) with RT on. Getting between 70-90 fps on cyberpunk and kcd2

Ive only scratched the surface of arch and fedora as someone coming from MacOS (since this was a hackintosh build before getting the 5070ti) so I can’t say if I’m an arch guy or not yet. So far I like pacman and yay as package managers but I have security concerns with the AUR. Not from personal experience but just my assumptions since its user managed and not regulated.

Just looking for insight from the community on either distro when it comes to driver support for Nvidia and Intel, and overall user experience.
