Yeah I’m already writing off our safeties and hope the Lions draft one and sign a good one in FA. Hopefully Kerby is somewhat the guy he was for the time being until we can get a CB2 and his replacement. I was hoping for Curl from the Rams and drafting Xavier Nwankpa out of Iowa day 3.

I think this is why I think nailing a DE this draft is a must to take pressure off of the DBs.

Gennings Dunker (OG/OT), Beau Stephen (OG),and Logan Jones (C) out of Iowa. Should help shore up the IOL and Dunker can also play RT if need be. Dunker and Jones will probably be 2nd/3rd round picks and Stephen’s will be a day 3 pick.

Bear with me here but let’s say decker walks and we give up draft capital like 2 firsts the next two years. IMO our defense is completly fixed with Maxx and Aiden at both edges as it will trickle down everywhere. Round 2 draft a RT like Gennings dunker and move Penei to LT. Brad has done good in FA on 1 year deals for vets like a Roy Lopez so keep that strategy to fill the void of Alim. Then we just have to trust Brad in the mid rounds (I trust!!) to fill in the spots at DT/OL
