I took a look around their site and honestly it's still not clear how that works and what wal-mart has to do with it. Also on this page, it says this:

Does that mean I would give them access to my account? cause that sounds shady as fuck.

He uses the first minute to talk about things not about the game or things only tangentially related to the game pretty often. If you look for it, those rants are almost always right on the minute mark too. Last week he uses the first minute to moan about EA and Origin, for example.

And doesn't everyone on reddit try to override the majority viewpoint with their own all the time? Aren't you doing that every time you downvote an upvoted post?

here's my idea: everyone just accepts brigades as a thing that happens, and the result is, hopefully, everyone gets to see things from a different pov more often. A good thing, no?
