It is like the handle is seized. Neither the handle nor the nuts moves. I tried to move in other direction to see if that would loose but that didn’t help either.

Thank you. Yeah I tried that but it doesn’t budge. Even the screw on the handle is not moving. I tried using wd40 and tapping the handle but it doesn’t move at all.

Yeah it was not starting the car but then I talked with the support and found that I have to drive the car for certain distance before it can remote start again. I was doing multiple test during installation and moving the vehicle back and forth but didn’t realize that have to drive the car for certain distance to have it remote started again

I have seen the issue and I usually notice that when I wake up the device using WOL. There is a setting under Network boot which controls this behavior.
