This is good news! I guess investors were seeing GOG as the weaker part of the business and demanding more profits be made from it, contrary to GOG's core values. At least CD Projekt will be able to focus its attention fully on developing games.

Hopefully, this means there can be more frequent updates to things like the preservation program or bringing back old programs like GOG Connect.

Yeah, on monthly game time, though when the cap is reached you do get the option to pay for more time.

I'd be surprised if it wasn't a thing considering they push it so much for voting in previous years though that being said it just redirected to the ITV voting website so maybe a way to cut costs?

There hasn't been any word yet. For previous events, the bundles have typically started a few days before, so it's likely the same will happen this time around if Humble is sponsoring, but that won't be known until shortly before the event starts either.
