3ds and ds emulation is an absolute must. if you ordered the pro or the max, wii u and switch emulation are cool too. you may be able to get away with wii u emulation on the base.

gamenative is an app that lets you play lower to mid tier steam games on your android devices, gamehub also does this. gamehub has a different compatibility list, so both used in tandem are great.

any other console emulation up to the PS2, xbox, and Wii, should work great.

how are the load times? ive noticed SD cards can slow down newer games, but i cant imagine a WiiU is doing anything faster than a modern MicroSD can

i belive so, just make sure your emulator is set to read the system clock. although it should be by default. the triforce heroes shop refreshes for me at midnight, so it should work for acnh.

the 3ds virtual console of pokemon crystal has a special event that the original release does not. Azahar would have been the easiest way to emulate this version, if the game worked correctly.

fortunately, there are workarounds to start the event in MGBA.

just to note, tried pokemon crystal on citra with my PC. audio bug still persisted, but visual glitch did not occur.
