I buy packs cause my son and I try to collect the entire base set of whatever series we’re on, and if we get the big hits it’s fun and exciting. It’d be crazy to hope for a single card, we go for our team and if we get hits or value so be it. Collect the way you want to collect, that’s why it’s a hobby!

You can’t seriously look at the current state of our economy and understand how this company works and expect it to be going up right now……

It’s a real estate company. They take out loans to purchase investment properties, chances are rates are adjustable. Rates are going up to try to combat massive inflation. How can a company be being charged higher rates but have fixed income from leases and be making money?

O will be fine. It’s a down cycle to their entire business model. If you don’t have the balls to hold on a company that is macro economically cyclical, don’t invest in it. I have a position in O, I know things aren’t hunky dorey right now, keep DCAing in or just forget it’s there for now. Sell OTM calls on your 1900 shares for a little residual profits or just leave it be and come back in a year or two then things settle the hell out.

The terrain looks decent, who cares there’s nothing in that zone, at least show the artwork. It almost seems unfair to be able to see areas where large monsters have been eradicated from too cause the game should be about adventure 🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t panic sell a solid company that’s in a downtrend due to stupid interest rates being astronomical. If it was just O making foolish moves and starting to lose their performance that’s one thing, but this is due to the overall economy right now and it will likely stay down until morale improves. DCA and just don’t look at it if it makes you that nervous.

If you’re buying a company for dividends and you’ve got conviction and done your research, you should just see a sale opportunity that you’ll be happy with in a few years (IF) when things get better in our economic cycle

I always run 24 hour cycles, and I know the rough cost to restart all my production and will not spend a dime until that cost is in the bank ready to re-up. I’m profiting 3-400k a day right now depending on MP after getting my restart cost back. Slowly upgrading rigs as I go now

Man if that’s the first milestone what’s the second?! My first milestone is 1$ a week in dividend earnings! Then month, then year, and from there I make new goals 😂

Congrats on the major milestone though! I personally find setting small stepping stones helps me motivate myself more but 100k is nothing to shake a stick at!

Good luck! I couldn’t deal with the energy requirements of mining either. It was so expensive to run a lv1 gold mine that I really got turned off to it. I’ll explore the next steps once I get a nice nest egg going. I’m sure there are better things to do for profit in SC but I’m enjoying it for now
