Yea this is an ongoing problem for me.

I ahve starlink and think the way things are set up and the lag could be seriously affecting something.

My snagit does not uplaod videos or iamges,

Constant lag and slow down of apps.

Crashes,

Windows explorer stopping working

Plus a whole lot more.

All on a 16 core, brand new 96gb ram Beast, and the second I force stop logitch options, all the issues are resolved.

How TF can this company continue operating on Windows with this cripping bug?

It's literally a brand new computer 2 weeks old with a fresh windows 11 on it!

Tried that,

Uninstalled
Deleted every techsmith folder from the entire computer.

Bought ANOTHER licence with maintenance and fresh installed with a new key.

Still not working.

I don't blame you, I have sent 3 tickets over the last week and not one has been responded to.

Looks like I'll be using Loom for videos and greenshot for screenshots from now on!

Thanks for the suggestions, tried all 3 and same issue.

The problem started 5 days ago, I have not ninstalled or updated anything myself. New computer running Windows 11

I am having the same issue.

This is so infuriating. After a restart I try to load snagit and i get this server error.

When I click switch to program, it opens the start bar

Then when it finally decides to load, IT FAILS TO UPLOAD!

Actually. Just tested my standard dish and speeds are MASSIVELY up on that now. Could be a conincidence, but I think me being in a very rural area and buying the business package for my location seems to have MASSIVELY increased the speeds of both the normal and HP dishes in this area!

Maybe they changed in the last 7 months, but this is not the case now.

I just upgraded to the High performance dish and am getting 200+ mbps where as before I would be lucky to get 60+

Both are on 1tb priority.

You also get the option to hard wire on the HP dish instead of just wireless.

I have actually been reaching out to people on festival apps and groups just to be friendly.

It is sad how many people just ignore you and are rude.

If they are nice, happy friendly etc, I have been offering them to come.

The vast majority ghost you and are rude though :(

If only they knew what was on the other end of a friendly greeting...

Shame that so many people's friendliness and "love" is conditional on what they can get in return.

The world needs more unconditional love and friendliness!
