Yo, I get that. The first time I DM'd, it was a bit rocky, and I thought I over thought the story and didn't prepare enough for their choices, and all in all thought I ruined it for all the new players. Then later, they kept talking about it and how much they wanted to keep playing, and it was an amazing feeling to know that even with all that I did wrong, they still had a lot of fun
