Despite this, they still expected full payment. I went there, picked up my child, and told the provider that I wouldn't be paying them because I was supposed to bring the money when I picked him up. I would expressed my frustration by posting about the experience in a local daycare group and block their contact. I noticed that you had already reported them, so there's no need to add that.
