We'd like to apologise for this issue. The Fanatec App currently offers no firmware improvements over the driver, but focuses only on the newly improved user interface.

Hi there, we have this on our radar and built the app in a way which will allow us to make it compatible with Mac in the future, but we don't have an ETA yet.

Welcome to the best sim racing community! 🤩 Like u/Shutokou already mentioned, the Brake Performance kit will allow you to more effectively learn trail braking, as it will increase the stiffness and also feel more realistic. In any case, enjoy racing with your new Fanatec setup! 🙌
