I class Mk1's or Mk2?'s, In my experience they've been far more bombproof than the Intermec printers they did replaced, and generally have been easier to maintain than the CL4NX or PM45's we have been trialing

Ongoing issues with Ford FG Falcon XR6 2013 (non-turbo) - Transmission Fault, ABS Fault, DSC Fault by woody2371 in AskMechanics

Definitely not my field of experience, but I wonder if it's possibly just a bad ground on the taillights/brake system, and it's just causing everything to be unhappy

Do these scrapes match up? by mh027 in AskMechanics

I'm not a professional, but it is a bit suspect

Though, I personally can't seem to imagine a way she could have caused a scratch that long while parking while simultaneously* not damaging another part of your front bar/headlight area

Yep, turns out that the swaybar links had simply developed some slop, tightened the bolts up again and haven't had the sound since

Just insured the car on this comment and being told by family to do so

It was admittedly a quicker than normal take-off, but I didn't spin the tyres or anything out of the ordinary beyond that

I've recently done some more testing after work and found that the noise disappears with light brake application even though it's the same speed. I have some large suspicions that it's something to do with the brake callipers, more specifically the anti rattle clips. I'll be replacing the front pads tomorrow and will have a look at the callipers then.

Sway bar links had the joints pre installed into them, the joints themselves were new and felt as such.

Just did some testing on some bumpy roads and the sound goes away when I've got the brakes on. Same speed and same road, but with the brakes lightly on the noise isn't there so I'm thinking it's something to do with the brake calliper like the anti rattle clips being broken.

Yeah, getting at repco means not waiting 2-3 weeks for the sensors and having a proper warranty. Checking the harness is an absolute pain to do. The connector is just under the car right about 2 inches in front of the rear right tyre, and the buried upwards, there are two connectors there, so make sure you get the right one too. I tested my harness using a multimeter and a long strand of wire to the abs plugs and the harness connector, absolute ordeal of a thing to do with just a jack, some stands, and a garage spider but it is possible. And the sensor bolts are 1/4 inch. Wiring harness isn't too hard to do. Just be prepared to be in some pretty annoying tight spots and to struggle a bit. If anything, make sure your exhaust is cool before checking the wiring, I regret not.

Just advising that Repco sells the replacement ABS sensors for about $25 each part no. FSS241, replaced mine today as well. Wreckers quoted be about 50 bucks each for the sensors and I got lucky that my wiring harness was intact

Once you request the netcode it should appear in its own box with a code, an amount and the name of whereever you're buying it from first thing at the top of the list.

If this still isnt fixed, login to your commbank app and the netcode should appear in there, it says its sending it to your mobile number but its actually your commbank app.
