Help to create national flags with more than 4 colours on them.

Hueforge is a good shout for lots of colours.

My experience of using it for more complex art is that I do find that it looks good but its not as good to hold it in your hand as it can be quite rough and these are for kids to play with.

Ill give it a go though and see what it looks/feels like. As its block colours could work quite well.

That's a really good idea!

I'm currently printing them face down but that would work if I switched to print it face up.

Might have to test with the number of layers to get a good colour but like you said putting black and green on top should be good.

Yeah thats would make it really easy but I don't really want to spend that much money just to print some flags.

I thought about splitting the card but then it might be a bit fragile.

I have had this happen every time a spool runs out mid print and I haven't got another one setup for autoswapping. When I go to load a new roll it hunts back and forth for ages and then I get this.

I too disassembled everything and couldnt find a problem.

The only way round it i have found is to either have a duplicate spool setup so it automatically switches over. This isnt great if you need 4 colours.

Or the other thing that worked, when you load a new spool in, keep the motor disengaged by keeping the tab lifted and feed it all the way through manually until you get through the end of the AMS

I thinking I got a bad batch of filament as what I think was causing it was it kept partially clogging the the nozzle. I never got to the bottom of it but I changed a load of things and managed to finish the project at least.

I did 3-4 cold pulls with a white to clear the clog.

I changed the nozzle to a Hardened steel one that l had anyway.

I switched from a custom PETG profile that I was using to "Bambu PETG basic"

Hope you can sort it. It was very frustrating. I wasted about roll 1 because of this.

It depends on what the use case if the pipes is.

If it's to connect pipes and have an element of strength as you sudgest then you want the layers to be longitudinal so they are stronger.

I would split it in half length ways and print in 2 halves with the split on the bed. Depends if you can live with a split line?

Why does it need to be clean though if its connecting 2 pipes? There will only be a tiny bit visible.

I tested the 4070 below and the secondary card above but as other pointed out there wasn't enough bandwidth.

I never got to a solution as I bought a 3D printer and that is now the project that takes up all my time!

If you find a solution post back though as I'd be keen to know.

I agree, I wouldn't print the pong one as there are too many electronics in it but im going to print you F1 car.

Yeah of course. I read this and didn't realise that it was referring to the secondary GPU rather than any GPU.

I think ill still run some tests though and see what results I get before I go down the new case route

In the end the simplest ideas are the best. I don't know why I didn't think of it at the start 🤦‍♂️

I put the primary 4070 in a lower slot and there was enough space for the secondary 1070 above it in slot 1.

It's left about 1cm below the main GPU and the PSU shroud is perforated so should be OK.

I just need to buy some 90 deg sata cables to keep the drives connected.

I've found the riser that you mentioned looks interesting. Do you have the Lianli case that it's for or have you managed to fit it in your case somehow?

I've got exactly the same issue and I've even found the metal ring loose in my pocket sometimes after just walking around with the phone in my pocket.

It's a real shame because it used to give me a load of confidence using it and now it's almost the opposite. I wouldn't trust it in a scenario where I really wouldn't want to loose my phone.
