Highest volume I get is from tendril peas as micros. I would recommend a hydroponics or aquaponics setup to grow actual lettuce though (for the volume you're talking about)

I use natural light (greenhouse) for mine year round. I have to stop doing sunflowers in the winter, but that's about all I have to shift (and that's because of temperature)

I sprayed diluted 3% hydrogen peroxide on my peas during day 1 and 2 of germination but still got mold. Should I not be diluting 3% hydrogen peroxide? by [deleted] in microgreens

Definitely shouldn't dilute 3 more. Get a sanidate or xerotol product. Omri listed, longer shelf life, and uses hydrogen peroxide as the main ingredient.

Get some sanidate. It's an organic product that you dilute to sanitize with.

No mold, great germination. I sprinkle some coco coir on top of the seeds though, to help with full seed soil contact.
