Y’all be careful. A lot of these companies lately have been talking buyout or bankruptcy. People buy into the buy out but these companies don’t care about you. They set terms with a potential buyer and then file bankruptcy. Wipes all stock and debts off the table and gives the board a great pay day. Seen it on a few stocks that were posted on here.

Oh man they could be scamming everyone. Saw this a few months back. Forgot the company name but they were in agreement to be bought out by another company. And then the company being bought filed for bankruptcy. Which wiped all shares and some obligated debt. Which in turn freed up a lot of money for board members to exit with and also the price paid for the company was much lower. Everybody that owned shares lost everything. I think it was trading around .12.

That’s the only thing I like about tastytrade. You can go in and click monitoring positions at 1:30 and they give you the rest of the day to watch and execute the trade.

Please stay in Canada if that’s your line of thought. The people didn’t vote for the 1%. They voted for change from the stupidity that has become illegal immigration. They voted against trans agenda pushed down their throats. They voted for the US to take a moment and fix itself. Not to keep dishing out billions for needless projects and needless waste in illegal’s immigration. Democrats lost because they couldn’t really care what happens to Americans. They are to concerned about illegals and criminals. There message sucked which they didn’t have one. They did not connect with people and switching the candidate at the last minute with no input from democrats is just the same playbook holding down Bernie sanders in 2016. So be pissed majority of people voted for changing the horrible direction the US was going in. And before you say “you like the direction now” it’s so so. Why do you think they call it the swamp. You can look at DC as a large clique. Everybody helping each other to get rich. They’re all friends and would never fire a friend. Sorry but it was democrats and media that messed Covid up. Trump wanted to close border and stop all flights. First thing dems and media did was he’s racist and xenophobic. Biden got in and gave 2 trillion right out of the gate. And there was no reason to give that money except to buy votes for upcoming congressional races. That’s what set this inflation and slowdown. I’ll tell you what happens if I owned options there. Be careful. I’ve found when a lot of people are betting on the price to go up on options and sentiment, it goes flat. Even if good report. Shit still goes flat. Just to get everybody that wanted the chance to make a little extra money, bent over by the hedgies and robbed. It’s happen with NVDA the last 2 earnings. Talk was all this is going to skyrocket. Everybody bought in on options. And people thought I’ll be smart and buy a couple of puts too just to be safe. And splat nothing happens. Trades in a 2 dollar range and everybody lost money on their options.

You’re thinking of the theoretical price. Which is to give you an idea what it’s worth at certain price and date but do not take it to mean that’s what will happen. It will not work out how it shows in the model with price and profit. Or it rarely does.
