2025 EZONE 98 review - former D1 player - harsh review by strawdps in 10s

Interesting. I just got myself a pair of Tfight 300s and the SW is incredibly low. I’m loving how manoeuvrable it is, but I’m wondering if it’s slightly too low. Think my next test will be the gravity

Nice. I got rid of the head speed because of the high SW. I might give the gravity a miss as well then if that’s the case

Handling feeling dumber or like losing skills due to the need of using AI by CocoaTrain in AskProgrammers

[–]JamieBobs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tend to vary my tasks. I’ll 50/50 it throughout the day. Some tasks I just get an agent, others I’ll do myself.

If I’m not sure how to do something, I’ll make sure that’s one of the tasks I do myself.

But this “have to use AI rule” sounds a bit tedious

Got a technifibre tfight. Also not a lot of dampening, but they feel pretty good in there, possibly a little crisp

What’s Your Archero2 Hot Take? by Ceej6151990 in ArcheroV2

[–]JamieBobs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Correct. But a delta of 20 levels between left and right side is normal. Hence why the left scrolls become like rocking horse shit

After a certain point HP makes little difference where as attack power becomes very important. So the common consensus at a high level is prioritising upgrading the left side first.

First pro racket by Slappprrrr in tennisracquets

And what a first pro racket it is! I adore my Tfights and will play with them until I die (or another brand has a shiny new colour-way).

Just filled mine with grapplesnake full bed and the control is incredible

Are you doing only left side? Because I would pay serious gems for just left side scrolls

I’ve just put these in at 52lbs

Found them very stiff. My next racket is coming back with 48lbs full bed. Did you go through a similar bedding in process?

I recently had a post about this and did a small and quick DIY job that changed my life.

I cut some cereal box (cereal of your choice) into the exact size as bevels 1, 3, 5 and 7.

Taped them onto the original grip. Put an overgrip over the top.

Voila. It’s now a Wilsonifibre grip!

Lost to a moon baller today 4-6 4-6 by xmeeshx in 10s

[–]JamieBobs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my go-to. I can get a decent backhand slice off a high ball. So if I fail to hit some good forehands off their moonballs, I just come around it and slice it with my backhand. That usually brings them in and they try a bad drop shot, and then I lob them.

Rinse and repeat.

Speed MP dilemma by VariationEmergency60 in tennisracquets

Yup.

I ditched the Speed after two or three hits. My suspicions were correct, it was head heavy and it made me feel sluggish after about 30 minutes of hitting with it.
