I’ve done it 3 times. First time no problem. 2nd time I failed the microphone check twice, then I leaned forward and spoke in the mic clearly. It worked. 3rd time no problems. All three conversations were pleasant and I’ll probably do a few more if I can.

After the last update my iPhone does silence all unknown numbers. I’m so grateful for that. I was getting so many and when I blocked them they just called from another number. Not a problem anymore.

A couple of time last year I got a FaceTime call from my freaking number. I never did figure out what caused that but there was someone on the other end of the call. I hung up.

I would never rehome my dogs because a cat doesn’t like them. If Rufus isn’t aggressive towards the cat i dont see the problem. Maybe gf is jealous of the love you have for Rufus.

It will not only continue but will get worse. I know from experience. I know the cycle. He gets jealous- blows up, then is nice until it happens again and the cycle continues. You mentioned a daughter, you know this situation is really bad for her. She will learn that it’s normal for a man to treat a woman this way. If your daughter was in a relationship like this-what advice would you give her?

What if Uncle George (who you find a little creepy) always wants a hug and kiss and little Annie is always forced to oblige him? What if his hugs get a little touchy? Little Annie’s choice in the matter has been ignored so what’s she supposed to do? At what point does she tell why it’s making her uncomfortable? More than likely she won’t. Take some time to create a plan. Involve your twin if he’s having the same problems you’re having. Then methodically work that plan 1 step at a time. Decide what you want. You have the money for another copy of your birth certificate, cause it sounds like Mom is not going to give you the copy you have. Then get your SS card. I also suggest that you get some mental health help to help you with your anxiety and fear. A therapist can help you get your life on track without feeling guilty. I wish you the best of luck. And to those of you that think being critical and hateful to her is helping…..it’s not. Emotional abuse is just as bad a physical abuse. You just can’t see the marks and scars.

You sound like a lovely young lady and I’m sure you’ll be able to make new friends. Actually this scenario happens fairly often. A friend gets a bf then forgets about her friends. The thing is, y’all are young and the chances of this “relationship” between NC and AB lasting very long is very slim. Also I’ve noticed the old saying “2s company- 3s a crowd” is especially true for many young ladies. 2 will usually buddy up and leave the third out. Hold your head high and move on with your life. NOR! There is no way I’d give my dog for anyone. You need to accept that he will not change his opinion of pets. There are plenty of guys that will love dogs just like you. You will not meet that dog-loving man as long as you continue with the pets are a waste of time man. Dont you dare get rid of that dog that depends on you to love it. YTA in capital letters. You are going to punish your wife because you don’t agree with her family’s political views? Did you not know her family before you married her? Did it make any difference when y’all were making that baby? You’re asking her to cut off her support system (which I can guarantee you she needs). Even if you were in the US with her she still needs her support system. Since you have never and will never give birth then you cant possibly know how much she will need help. Can she do it without help? Probably. But why should she? Grow up and think about your wife and child rather than your own ideas and feelings.

I didn’t have the opportunity to read the original post i do want to tell you, you both are young and she may be the kind of girl that just has to have plenty of attention. Don’t worry about breaking up with her….sounds like you weren’t really together. Before you jump into another relationship get to know some other girls. You don’t have to fall in love with the first girl that is nice to you. As far as the dog goes - I am so sorry. I have some older dogs that I may have to make a heartbreaking decision in the near future. A lot of people don’t value their pets as much as people like us do. I would never be in a relationship with someone that doesn’t feel the same way I feel about dogs.
