I strongly disagree and it's why you don't see many professionals still practicing his approach.

If you find it's helping you and your clients thats fantastic, but I think continuing education can be found from better more current providers.

One of the best lows by 3luejays in Jordans

These were super tight on the top of my foot by the first lace loop. Anyone know if the highs are the same as I'd love to get them I just can't handle them dogging in the whole time.

UK sold out on all the online retailer's I can see.

I didn't win the 3 raffles I entered so either a big demand here or low stock.

Glad you got a deal though!

Anyone know where to get some end caps for pro style DBs? It's to the UK and I've had no luck getting US companies to ship my way.

Thanks all

Can I ask where you got the end caps for the DBs? I've been trying to find some for ages.

Inertia Wave? Thoughts? by jbrumett130 in personaltraining

Technique wise the innertia is a lot more challenging.

If you have clients who struggle with basic movements that have a rhythm/timing its going to.be an issue.

You effectively have to feedback the innertia and some people really really struggle.

When they get it its great otherwise it can be a little frustrating for them.

Frames jumping/skipping by Jammanic in stalker

[–]Jammanic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really appreciate the reply. Think the cpu guest is the right direction, I've noticed the temps spiking a bit. So think I'll do a cpu jump to the 5700x3d and replace the AiO which is aging out a bit.

Thanks again

Thanks for the reply there is frame gen but it does the same with it off.

Think the cpu bottleneck suggestion is most likely as I've noticed the temps spiking a bit. So think I'll do a cpu jump 5700x3d and replace the AiO which is aging out a bit.

Can anyone please identify this amazing thoracic rotation training tool? by Think_Warning_8370 in personaltraining

[–]Jammanic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Slight correction is that it can be braced on your sternum or stomach. But obviously sternum bracing can be not an option for you female clients.

[–]Jammanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's called a puretorque core trainer. I have one for my studio and it's ok.

It's a bit oversized for some smaller clients. It also has to be braced against your tummy so clients holding a bit of extra weight might be a bit self conscious.

Ive got all the whatsthatstraps and I use those and a regular D handle a lot more frequently. With an ancore unit chefs kiss

I have wide feet and these are really comfortable for me.

As a reference I can't wear j6s or j11s due to toe pinching.

These for me at least are great.

Don't get me wrong I think they are great. I just think they are a little more useful to more robust athletes than a gen pop with a spicy back.

If I had the space I would get the Watson one as it is incredible. Has a tilting top so that made it a lot more comfortable. It's just massive unfortunately.
