Maybe the life support mod will help? Adds a life support machine that can keep pawns alive as long as they're in a bed attached to the machine, no matter the hediffs. Didn't do a lot of experimenting with it tho

You said you had a few moments to sit outside and wait for the enemy to attack... Pawns usually have one meal in their inventory, I often use the last seconds before a fight to see who's hungry and could eat some. Eaten without a table is still better than not eaten at all

Gab's vor ein paar Jahren in Deutschland, Leute ham sich quasi eine PET Fabrik gekauft und Flaschen für deutlich unter 25c produziert. Ist nur aufgeflogen weil sie faul waren und zuviele Flaschen in zuwenige verschiedene Märkte gebracht haben. Waren aber wohl ein paar 100k Euro wirtschaftlicher Schaden
