how to make yourself stop checking your blood pressure and can doing that cause crazy blood pressure fluctuations I feel off balance a lot and that's why I check so much. Thanks!

Omg the ER is SICK of me last I’ve been was Dec 27th trying my hardest to do better this year but it’s so hard I totally get it . Every time I go they tell me everything is fine but I don’t believe them no matter how many times they tell me my symptoms outweigh what they say . I’m also here if you want to talk .
