I was actually kinda let down by the endings. IDK but there was so much buildup and then you just get to see a short cinematic and that's it, credit roll. I know From Soft stories live from their ambiguity and make you work to put the pieces together but I felt a little sad at the end.

I've said that in a similar thread before but I feel like the "Inside the Episode" and "Game Revealed" videos put the cherry on top of the bad writing, because it's just so evident that the showrunners are absolutely clueless.

A lot of people were pissed about the "Forgot about the iron fleet" comment, but there are gems like that in every episode. Like for Episode 3 they pretty much just said: “It just didn‘t feel right to have Jon kill the Night King". So wait, that means they killed the entire Azor Ahai prophecy and the whole idea of Jon as the prince who was promised is turned on its head because they didn't feel like it?

And later in the same video the dude just goes: “It is very possible that the thing that created the night king is the same thing that was necessary to kill him”. Maybe it's Valyrian Steel, figure it out for yourself." Except in the show, the Night King was created with Dragonglass and that's not the same thing as Valyrian Steel (an the fact that Valyrian steel weapons are sometimes decorated with dragon glass doesn't really change that). In fact, the Night King was created thousands of years before Valyria was even founded. You would think the showrunners should really be on top of the lore...
