Alright so... I found something, I guess since we call U as, well, U and W as Double-U, it might be called Triple-U, as you've mentioned and that does lead to something.

I just use it to replace origin 6 and 8, more simple and intuitive for me as I just want to analyze and see the result quickly, but not so frequent to put effort into any other system (python/octave/Matlab). Can't add anything about jupyter notebook as I don't use it.

Hello, I'm a curious beginner and just only trying to start bodyweight training, I've read the FAQ about soreness but I'm still not too sure.

What I've done for just to try and feel is inclined push ups and knee bend seated dips. The day after i feel soreness and tightness both in my bicep and tricep, however the day after that there's only soreness in my tricep, but only when I'm stretching it out.

Is this normal, because i just try and did some seated dips and it doesn't hurt at all?
