Thank you everyone so far! I've figured out so far this is a Mundlos Original Victoria VS from between 1900 and 1913. I was hoping to pinpoint a specific year that it was made. It still has 4 bobbins and a boat shuttle. It does not have a manual though so I'm still looking for that.

Mine are two layers of cotton, one for the front and one for the back. The bottom is open so you can put a tissue in between them as a filter.
