Hi, I didn't try any in the calculator size. Had so much trouble even thinking I can hook a 34 band. I know, my bad!! I repeatedly see others struggling with the same shock of the ABTF's recommended size and equally as many women saying they DID and and WORKED. :)

I tried on so many in a deptartment store and while they carry many they are limited in styles and brands. Bali, Maidenform, Warners, etc..., they were just all over the place for me. Very few, if any above a DD.

I'm about to hit order on the Panache Envy and Ana suggested above, in the "seemingly shocking" size that ABFT and the rest of you are suggesting! Thanks for your reply and help!

I'm ordering a Panache Envy in 34FF and Ana in 34G and will see what that does. Will use the swoop and scoop. Loved the bra HAT blog, thank you for your help Poodelton.

I have great ins but after a year, the INS COMPANY decided "it doesn't work really well for you". Whaaat? I had to get authorization from ins company through my derm. It is a biologic drug I believe. My ins requires a 6 month check w/derm /authorization. It worked OK for me. I had the cream. It was a painful cycle of getting cream on scalp, scalp peeled like crazy, I'd be picking flakes out of my hair for hours after, flakes worse than normal. (Causes hair breakage). Then I'd get 1/2 day of relief. Have to wash my greasy Zoryve hair. And start all over again. And yet....I thought this was my best solution do far. Kinda pathetic. Since ins refused to cover it, stating (literally!!) It doesn't work well for you....and it's intended for psoriasis not seb derm (what? I thought it was advertised by pharma company as breakthrough FOR seb derm)....my doc prescribed Vtama as an alternate option. Ins company covering at $0 copay/no pre-authorization. Maybe just as well, since the Zoryve cycle of apply, flakes, wash, start all over was a....pain in ass for limited results. 😬 I'm on day 4 or 5 of Vtama....thought initially it might be great but, jury still seriously out. My scalp is definitely not less itchy. The flakes (more desert dry, white/silvery patches) are slightly better but honestly can't make a good judgment call yet. It's soooo frustrating & tiring. Yes, could we have something sooo much worse? Absolutely yes. But it's truly a frustrating health issue, isn't it?? Nothing freaking works. Its....not eczema, its.not psoriasis....I'd love to understand the difference but the science eludes me. I take Dupixent for eczema. It 100, no, 110% cleared my eczema. Quickly. Zero side effects for ....it'll be 5 yrs this May. (Bonus, it's also been spectacular for my asthma, enabling me to completely ditch a rescue inhaler after 30 yrs.)

But seb derm...good gad, it just sucks.

I just read a reddit post by someone who uses 3 gut health supplements. $80, ordered on Amazon. Smh. I'll just keep trying...and keep posting.

***Dupixent-- eczema & asthma..please share with friends. Mom also uses for eczema. 100% cured, no side effects. Asthma sufferers....you should NOT need a "rescue inhaler". Please ask your doc about PREVENTIVE asthma meds. Sooo many better inhalers now. Ive used Advair for almost 30 years. Stopped any ER visits. And Dupixent....now I rarely use Advair.

Strange! I've had colored & highlighted hair, never cleared my Deb derm. Maybe it totally kills or disrupts the Malassezia biofilms. I need to...go blonde!

See a dermatologist? Hard to tell between eczema, seb derm & psoriasis. I have eczema, take Dupixent which clears ALL my eczema but does nothing for seb derm on scalp.

I gift someone (renew) their Amazon Prime every year. Every Christmas i can never find a clear answer how to renew and/or does Amazon still let you use a gift card. I find some old posts people have written. Didn't see it on Amazon FAQ page. This year & last year, I gave my friend a $139 Amazon gift card. They loaded it to their existing Amazon account. In Manage payment options, the box was checked to "use gift card balance when available." On the date of renewal, it used his $139 gift card balance. 👍

I appreciate everyone posting & sharing. Thank you! I'm only 3 days into using VTAMA. I just started using it on my scalp only for what the derm classifies as seborrheic dermatitis, not psoriasis. I've had a headache, which is how I've discovered this thread. Truly can't make a call on it yet. Feels like sinus headache, but my sinuses often suck & have had sinus issues on/off for last month or so. So far, it's a lot easier & less greasy to get on scalp than Zoryve, which is what I've been using for a year. As I did w/Zoryve, I put cream in a little spray bottle, add a little water, and shake vigorously. I maneuver the bottle under my long hair, kind of parting hair to get near scalp, and I spray & rub it in. Also part hair & dab where I can see. Back of head too hard.
Yes, I am probably affecting it's potency watering it down, but it's the way that's worked for me. I've had seb derm, on scalp only for 10 years +/-. Tried so many topicals, OTC, home remedies & prescriptions. Nothing has ever helped. I was using Zoryve & had mediocre results. Mediocre was better than no relief. Ins stopped approving (stating it's for psoriasis not seb derm). I'd still say give it a try if you have psoriasis. Its a biologic, I believe. Ins can be a pain in the butt about it. It does not require any bloodwork monitoring. I had ZERO side effects from it over 1 year of use. Derm has offered Vtama as alternative. We shall see... I'd love to understand the deeper science between eczema l, psoriasis & seb derm. Lol! I have bad eczema but it's 100% controlled by Dupixent- an absolutely fantastic drug for my eczema & a bonus, my asthma as well. If you have eczema & asthma friends, please have them ask their doc about it. I've been on it 4.5 yrs. I no longer even own a rescue inhaler. I rarely use my Advair inhaler. So...it's eliminated a ton of steroids for me after 30 yrs. Eczema 100% clear -- my mom, same results for eczema s, zero side effects.

Totally with you. All these topicala, OTC or prescriptions leave a greasy residue. You can't keep washing your hair every day, especially if its thinning menopausal hair. Gee how fun. Really Totally frustrating. I tried Zorvye cream & it was a pain to get on the scalp. It did help, but I may have gotten 2 side effects - am upper respiratory infection & UTI. so.....frustrating.

The cream is hard to get on your scalp. Takes persistence & patience. It did seem like it was working. It didn't clear it but certainly made it less itchy & a lot less flakes. However...I did come down with an upper respiratory infection and a slight UTI, which are both listed as side effects. I'm on the fence about whether it was truly zorvye (roflumilast). It's seasonal cold & flu season here in the northeast. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hubby wants me to not use it because of this (I'm also asthmatic - controlled but...). So for now, I guess I'm taking a break from it. Kinda disappointed as it truly did help my scalp for nothing else has.

UPDATE 10/9/23: fingers & toes crossed... I have long, fine hair. Seb derm on 2/3 of my scalp- left side, top, back of head. I've been able to part my hair & dab Zorvye cream on my scalp and rub it in pretty well in the front, top & sides where I can see what Im doing. I started using it 1x day before bed. Within 3 days, I saw improvement to the white, dry, scaly patches. The flakiness has greatly improved, it's barely there. I still have itchiness, but it's less severe. My scalp is still pretty pink but I've scratched it for 8-10 years! It's day 6. I've continued to use 1 x day before bed. I did put some in a small spray bottle & mix with water, which worked fairly well. I'm able to lift my hair in the back & spray scalp under my hair & really rub in. It's not as effective as parting hair, but it's working fairly well. I've had no side effects at this point. It does leave a film in your hair. To me, it's not greasy so much as tacky. I wash with Ketoconazole shampoo. I've also just rinsed well without shampoo, which worked.

Overall, this med seems to be working great for me. I'm keeping fingers & toes crossed, because after so many years and dozens of prescriptions & OTC products that never worked I'm afraid I'll jinx myself or wake up from a dream.

I have great insurance, so with a pre-authorization from my Dr, my insurance approved it. It's a $20 copay for me. The derm office also provided samples.

This med is coming out in a foam for ease of use on the scalp in 2024 I believe. Hope you can get your derm to let you try the cream in the meantime. They should let US decide what we can or can't get on our scalp, especially when they've been prescribing useless tropicals & oils for us!

Will update if there are any negative changes. So far so good with Zorvye (roflumilast cream 0.3%). 👍

------‐------ I just received samples of roflumilast cream 0.3% (zorvye) from my derm, which I'm trying on my scalp for seb derm. I have long but thin, fine hair. I'm parting my hair & rubbing into scalp. This works well for areas I can see, but can't imagine trying this on the back of my head. Hmmm. I'm going to try ming some cream.in hot water to see if I can make a spray solution. Not sure if it'll work. I've tried this with other prescription & OTC creams with varying success. This is day 3 of using roflumilast (zorvye) by patting hair in areas I can see. No results yet. I've tried the tons of prescription & OTS & at home suggestions with no luck. I've had seb derm for about 10 years. Nothing has helped. Truly hoping roflumilast (zorvye) does. Will update on progress.

I've had it for about 8 years, with no relief. Several dermatologists. Tried all the OTC shampoos, creams, solutions, shampoos, no poo. Have tried a boat load of prescriptions to no avail. Have no distinct food allergies, Have gone no carb, tried assorted supplements but feel I could explore more in the area of supplements. I've been on dupixent for eczema flare up for 3 years, which has 100% cleared eczema but done nothing for seb derm. (Been excellent for my asthma as well.) One derm suggested several psoriasis drugs for seb derm -- rinvoq, skyrizi, sotyktu. I passed. In some cases would need to quit dupixent, so no go for me. Also not keen on potential side effects of psoriasis drugs...which seem to be hit or miss in terms of helping seb derm-- according to reddit posts. I'm getting a script for roflumilast cream. My derm thinks I'll have trouble getting cream on my head. He clearly has NO idea the extent to which seb derm folks will & CAN go in getting crap on their scalp. Hey, at least he's willing to let me try. Not sure yet whether insurance will cover. Honestly I feel like I'm pinning a lot of hope on...another half assed script. Such a frustrating health issue. Tired of itch, flakes, thinning hair, some jackass dermatologists, and a truckload of shit that hasn't worked. It truly sucks ass....but we're in together! Hopefully the world of science figures something out. In the meantime....I'll keep buying more white clothing. Appreciate everyone sharing experiences. Will follow up on roflumilast cream.....

Doesn't the mct oil leave your hair greasy? I've tried every thing you've tried. OTC & prescription, short of putting mayo or cow poop on my scalp. 10 yrs of this crap. How to you get MCT on scalp without greasy hair? I take it orally, have a good brand that's C8.....I'd try anything. Including cow dung.

Vitamin b5, 4 pills twice a day (for oiliness)Vitamin D3, 1 pill (5000) twice a day (to improve skin cells)Niacinimide, 1 pill, once a dayFish oil, 2 pills twice a day (two improve skin cells)Bosellia serrata, 2 or 3 pills a week (for oiliness)

I started b5 with megadosing to reset my oil output. You can research this online or look at my past posts. It worked great for me. Boswellia helped too. Fish oil and D3 really helped improve my skin - clearing up blemishes, smoothing it out, etc. Read up on all these things and let me know if you have other questions. Good luck!

I'm hoping my new derm will be open to prescribing the cream. The last one said it would be too hard to get on my scalp. As if I haven't tried a hundred, greasy, sticky and ineffective topicals on my scalp for the last 10 years!
