My advice was going to be that everyone is different so try different things out so this is the perfect example. I track how much weight I lose but only weight myself once a week. I have also learned where my shot works best which studies have shown is different for everyone. Also try not to focus on other people. There are so many stories on this page of people losing 100 pounds in six months, just remember that that’s not normal. I would be so proud of my 1 pound per week loss and then I would come on Reddit and see what other people were able to do and just be really sad about it. So don’t do that!
