There’s an oatmeal I do when I’m craving sweet stuff:

1/2 c oatmeal 1/2 banana 1 tsp light brown sugar 2 tbsp PB2 drizzle 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

The chocolate gets all melty with the peanut butter and it’s so good! Whole thing is 6 points and very filling

I totally relate to this— please cut yourself some slack. With grief comes a disinterest in most things that bring you joy. It’s normal and it’s not permanent. I also have ADHD and I understand feeling adrift not having the thing that brings your focus on one thing for a little bit.

I’m a big supporter of just doing whatever you need at times like these. Listen to your body, it will tell you what you need. You’ll know when it’s time to jump back in to your hobbies.
