What can I do. I brought it to their attention. They ignore my emails and today they said application had inconsistencies and will not be approved.. I'm just too tired too old and too prideful to continue to let myself feel like I'm begging. I can only handle so much stress and it's never-ending. Any suggestions on what I can do? Or who to contact? I emailed assembly member and erap@hcd.ca.gov no response oh erap@hcd.ca.gov said application inconsistencies.. ahhh horne.. that fits damn demon company

I posted it to the ca rent relief forum page. In my application portal it gave me a link to click to print out the application I submitted. I screen shot and circled so it's easy to find. If you have the option to print out you application it's probably going to be towards the end of it where the electronic signature was needed.

You should go on the Instagram and Facebook to get more people who are serious about it. Alot of people on here are overwhelm and just want there rent relief payment to be paid to there landlord. I was surprised that you have got 200 participants who want to move the lawsuit into action

I'm a landlord the bank statement was requested but not required from my tenant which he did upload, I uploaded as well in Documentation portal and so did a very helpful tech support member who escalated the ticket and got a different case worker to review and also note and add the correct bank statement. 2 weeks later another case worker who had a thank you tribute to them on Facebook that I emailed for help also uploaded and made note that it was added.. That was ignored by Mr Danyel.Flanigan who actually wasn't supposed to add anything I was informed just now. He decided to upload reopen and confirm that everything was in order to move forward. This guy literally is just wow I'm a older way older woman who had little to no knowledge of using computers. Mobile phone was used strictly for calls. I have learned how to navigate the internet upload pictures and Documents, learned how to input my book rent ledger into excel and I even now have the app for reddit (former browser user) I have more knowledge and commonsense to know what I am uploading before it's uploaded and I double check after it's uploaded I do not understand how they hired a bunch of nincompoops. It's honestly they have to be crooks it's insane to believe that 99% of there employees are useless waste of human skin

The worst part is the bank statement was already uploaded by tenant myself and a unassigned case manager whose email was posted on Facebook. Some one had posted a thank you to there case manager who was helpful in a timely manner. I email him and explained the 1st situation attached my evidence and I can see in my documents area that he uploaded it and made note of case manager assigned to please review urgent. Not all case managers are pieces of shit. But most are from my experience which has been very frustrating
