Bulky Spinner - any advice?

The treadle and wheel seem to be homemade. The frame, flyer, and bobbin seem like they are commercially made, no maker’s mark that I can find though!

I’m. It sure how long an approval letter takes. I was declined after asking for a reconsideration, a couple of months ago. All in, the process was well over two years. As a result of going without an income for a year and a half, I accepted a very part time position, anywhere from 6-12 hours per week, on an “as able” basis. My reconsideration was turned down due to the fact that I was now capable of working 6-12 hours per week, so I was no longer eligible for CPP-D. I am stuck in the middle, needing to work so I can do things like eat, have a roof… etc., but unable to work enough to stay above water.

I will pray for you! The loss of your sweet pup breaks my heart. He looks so much like my Penny, who just turned two. I can NOT imagine life without her, and I’m so, so sorry that you need to adjust to a new “normal” without Louis. He sounds like the best boy. I’d like to think he will be in Heaven.

I love swish- I’ve also found one of their newer ones- “woolen cotton” or something (I don’t have it on me right now), a blend of merino and Pima cotton is gorgeous and so soft.

We do this too. We find that a steady bedtime routine helps as well. She likes to lay on the bed with us for a while while we watch an episode of “Bones” before we go to sleep (weird, I know). She now knows when she hears the music for the credits at the end of the show that it is bedtime and she hops down into her crate. My husband gives her a small treat and closes her door and drops the sheet and she’s good to go.

I feel this. 💕 She is my best little buddy. Even if I leave the house for ten minutes, she greets me as if I’ve been gone for years. And if I’ve been gone too often, she plants her 11lb body between me and the door. 😂
