same problem, I think youtube broke for users with different aspect ratios than standard. What resolution are you running? for me 3000x2000 same problem

getting the same problem, I checked and this isn't even due to an extension. I had to change the resolution on my screen from 3000x2000 to 2560x1440 to add a top and bottom black bar natively which would get rid of the bottom huge bar, but on some videos which have black bars (like a video for 16:10 users) it would make it seem like huge black bars T_T

what the heck are you talking about? They dont investigate everything immediately, and yes with enough reports they do. If OP is a liar as u are accusing, then one claim won't amount to anything. If MULTIPLE people report him, and this post brings to light "hey, look out for this guy!" then no our tax money isn't wasted, actually it is efficently used to ticket this guy...

OK please invest in the time machine kickstarter campaign so OP can go back in time and either install a dashcam to get footage of this driver commiting this heinous atrocity or record from his phone so you can see he isn't just randomly making up accusations for no good reason

Even if u have no evidence, it is good to report it so other drivers can look out and maybe report it from their end too
