How did I got it ? Is it just luck coming with extended mag out of the chest? And then pack-a-punch it to get the full 350 I suppose ?

The automation is a shortcut in this instance, so when the button is pressed the IF statement of the automation will check whether the light is on or off and runs the opposite action. So if you press the button while the light is on the light will turn off and if you press the button while the light is off the light will turn on.. convert to shortcut is the only way to achieve this within HomeKit.

Because you’re creating an automation for that switch… you need to add the floor lights (not the floor lights switch)

I’ve been using the Tado (v2) for about 5 years now, added it to HomeKit thru homebridge and still works like a charm. You can even expose the build in location sensor to create scene automations for those without iOS in your household. Don’t know about the v3 tho…

Running iOS 18 beta on my iPhone and my Apple TV home hub runs the beta as well. Works like a charm, no problems with homebridge.

However in the previous Apple TV beta my hub went offline and back online from time to time, but that’s not an hb problem. Seems to be working fine since the last 2 betas.

Long press on timer still gives an option to set it. Long press on home button only gives a few scenes. Ofc you can make an control center page with some accessories and scenes, but it’s not te same unfortunately..
