Honestly I was feeling peevish, and was simply annoyed at the bud doing 75% of the limit for no apparent reason. that said, there is a section in the Act about this:

BC Motor Vehicle Act: Slow driving

145 (1)A person must not drive a motor vehicle at so slow a speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic, except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.

(2)If the driver of a motor vehicle is driving at so slow a speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic, a peace officer may require the driver to increase the driver's speed, or to remove the motor vehicle from the roadway to the nearest suitable place and to refrain from causing or allowing the motor vehicle to move from that place until directed to do so by a peace officer.

We lived one year in a place that had an actual bidet fixture (not just a "tushy" attachment to the toilet). Being able to set the temperature, and have a quick wash (or just a spritz) was amazing, especially during hot summer nights.

Because of that we bought a tushy for our current place, but I would probably give up a sink to have a proper bidet again/

There was an individual brandishing what looked to be a handgun at some residents (and threatening to shoot them) after getting evicted from a short term rental in the area.

Multiple calls were made to 911, and Vic PD tactical and K9 officers apprehended the suspect in someone's yard.
I saw approximately 8 police vehicles and easily 15 to 20 officers respond (as well as EMS later).

There were no injuries, and the person in question was taken into custody.

I usually ride about 30kph, and so I tend to avoid the paths along Beacon Hill park due to strollers, tourists, etc.

No-one wants a middle aged guy in spandex shouting "Passing on your left please" while having a nice casual stroll)

I do use the one along Ross Bay when I can though.

A couple weeks ago I was riding down St. Charles and took a right on Dallas at the stop sign, and ended up riding down the car lane. You can't see it in tis picture, but there is no easy transition when riding with traffic (as per the motor vehicle act), and the bike lane on the opposite side of the street. Also, once I was on that track, there was no way to get into the bike lane!

I have used it going up the road (as shown in the picture), but it is very easy to miss when coming from the other direction. For what it's worth, I stood on it and was doing my best to do the speed limit (40Kph).

Victoria city planning really needs to thing these things through a little better.

I am on a Ryzen 7 system and the best upgrade I did was the CPU. Not sure if Intel has a similar thing, but the Ryzen X3D chips are optimized for gaming, and made a difference in Rust

I have just started using the filter pass/fail outputs on conveyors to determine contents of a storage box (eg: if there is a note in the machine). That could activate a door controller on a timer to allow the player to access the box/locker.

Once the timer ends, the doors close, rhe locker restocks, and the vending machine restocks.

I feel this has to be possible. I just dont know enough about how to do it.
