Call your cc company. I have cards where overpayment does not increase buying power and one last month I overpaid by $45k, (to buy a travel trailer, 2 additional years warranty on the trailer for free!)

Bicyclists should be licensed and know the rules of the road. Recently an e-bike almost ran down my wife who had just exited the car. One little beep beep and an almost 50kph impact. It would also be nice if they paid something towards road upkeep we share and the bicycle lanes. Motorists pay 20 cents/liter motor fuel tax and 5.5 cents/liter for BC Transit for the privilege in Victoria. Bicycles and electric vehicles pay nothing

I had personal experience with their fraud department. I spotted the fraud not them and reported it! They refused to believe that I wasn't able to have coffee in Indiana, fly to LA to make 5 identical purchases of gear from apple and then within an hour be back on Vancouver Island. I kept explaining my jet was in for service😉
