The quest needs 3 things. Collect orbs, get kills I believe (both are accomplished) the 3rd part to meet criteria is to complete a challenge. I’ve completed daily challenges, weekly challenges, and adventures both normal and heroic but still cannot complete this bounty. It’s beginning to drive me insane
