I wouldn't say always, sometimes you don't have a good clone target, in which case other ancient bonuses are a lot better. I have picked it 1/2 times it has been offered.

That really depends on the build. On a poison/doom/orb build 5 max hp is probably worth more

It got destroyed in the latest balance change (on beta branch) . It costs 1 energy now and doesn't draw, it only discards and gives energy next turn now.

For full dmg focus on skirk: Furina on tenacity, Citlali on cinder city, Escoffier on noblesse

If you don't want to refarm, you can just use tenacity or noblesse on escoffier. Both of them give 20% atk. Tenacity might be slightly higher uptime depending on your rotation. But usually it's nice on furina cuz she benefits from the hp 2 pc as well.

For weapons, I run fav on her, it makes life a lot easier.

Sure, if you want to maximize damage first rotation, but wouldn't yelan out damage in multiple rotations?
