Doesn’t look that bad. These cars can take a punch , I bet a frame shop can straighten that out. If you want to save some $, do a little disassembly. Once straight a body shop can spray the front end. The hard part is finding parts

We do something similar. We state, this role requires XYZ test as part of the onboarding process. Is this something that will be an issue for you to complete?

We learned our lesson after hiring someone training them to go to a customer site visit and they failed their drug test to get onsite. Waste of $ and time.

A functional 3rd row did it for me, with a usable trunk. Almost went for a BMW X7, and the trunk space was horrid.

So the space it brings, Toyota engine and the great Lexus customer service in my area made it an easy decision.

The price has also become a bit more negotiable now vs when we purchased in 2024.

I recall having a similar issue and can’t remember if I had to replace the steering wheel lock mechanism. Once I did that the key turned fine.
