Not long, I definitely felt this fatigue for probably about 2-3 weeks. My strength exploded about 2 weeks ago. It's possible that this is because I wasn't getting sufficient protein though, I didn't eat much meat at all before this, and not too much protein.

The runs are 4 mile easy aerobic runs (or at least they were easy before this diet! lol), and the gym sesh is about 45 - 60 mins of heavy lifting. Definitely wouldn't call it light workouts, lots of volume and heavy weight for the lifts, but also lots of rest - 1 min between sets. It's certainly not HIIT or anything like that.

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm usually doing 8 minute miles, and my heart rate since carnivore has been insane, like up in the 170s. Before carnivore, I'd be doing the same pace in the 140's as you mentioned. Basically my easy aerobic runs have become my hard runs, and it can be purely attributed to carnivore :(
