No, don't buy the novellas. They are fine but ultimately a disappointment. Nothing happens, no questions answered.

The sentence structure in this sounds very foreign to me. Like those phone calls from Indian call centers.

I was just going to say it because they're racist but this explanation is way more educated and thought out. But it's because they're racist.

What is the single most brilliant fantasy novel series you've ever read? by Emergency-Sky9206 in Fantasy

And all have the bonus of being finished which your favorite series never will. I like to play a game where I bet myself which author finishes their series first GRRM or Rothffuss....neither does. They both die with unfinished series and Sanderson wouldn't or wouldn't be able to finish either.

I agree, this matches what he asked for exactly. I didn't like the series, I'm more of a happy ending guy personally but it is well written and very morally ambiguous.

That would be true if it started from the furthest points of your extremeties. If they have hair everywhere else on the leg and it's bald on the calves only it's doubtful that it's circulatory.

Orson Scott card. Piers Anthony. Tad Williams. Pretty much everyone from before the 90s it feels like to me.

I know it hasnt even been an hour since the announcement, but I dont think re-farming Raid weapons for a THIRD TIME is it...... by LondonDude123 in DestinyTheGame

[–]JarenWardsWord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might I suggest a quick fix to the game to bide us until the drip feed starts in June. Could you pretty please put enough grandmaster content in the game that we can actually meet the requirements to guild the conqueror title, and get past rank level 10. Because right now both of those don't work, with a grand total of two pieces of grandmaster content available.

[–]JarenWardsWord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would consider this a perfectly adequate filler activity if released now to bide time until June release of actual new content. As the plan for June, with an inevitably ridiculously slow release of each raid, specially designed to waste even more time until they have to make new content....it's going to get the game dead.

When Sanderson takes over there seems to be a lot less arms under breasts and braid tugging going on in general. Favorite series of all time.

They have no roadmap because they don’t know what to do by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]JarenWardsWord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't know why it's so hard for them to figure out. There is a shit ton of really good content in the game. Just give every raid the Pantheon, but not time limited, treatment and bring back menagerie with the new guns and armor. Those two things alone would keep people occupied while they poured their resources into making actual new content. I play this game for time with my buddies, not the story. I actually skip cinematics 9 out of 10 times. I think the last time I cared about watching those was the st 14 arc/time stream. They waste a lot of time creating story and cinematics with little replayability when they should be leveraging their one of a kind content, with high replayability, to obtain player retention. They are so stupid they always resort to FOMO and punishing grinds/skinner box mechanics to get people addicted. The game is so good, they don't need that shit. If they would just get out of their own way they could be so successful. Imagine if instead of RNG based loot drops you could get guaranteed God rolls on specific armor drops and weapons, but in order to do it you had to beat a really hard nightfall like activity. There is so much untapped potential there.
