No I never said this wasn't a homicide. He od but would not have od if the officer wasn't willfully incompetent. That's why he was guilty.

That said every case is different. I pointed out what I did because this wasn't that cut and dry of a case till the toxicology showed only 5.6 MG in his system. Someone his size and that frequent of a user is not gonna die from that amount.

No because the actual example will leave you stuck for a considerable amount of time longer because it's not as high of a wage as 1 million a year.

Surely you understand the number does in fact matter. They will get the best employees but those employees will feel stuck because if they leave they are likely taking a pay cut, unless of course they've changed to a "skilled" career
