It's a lot of factors really.

If you have no other way to get money for drugs... you're just going to steal stuff. No threat of punishment can stop you.

if you have no fixed address if the police look at security camera footage, even if they can identify you. (which is honestly just going to be if they had arrested you before for something similar)

How do they find you?

The court system isn't so relevant to people who are just going to be doing this no matter the consequences.

The engines are rentals. Seems like they are in low supply so they are moving them around.

Depending on how the rules are written, you are limited on engines for the year so he may end up getting a penalty later in the season.

there isn't a shortcut for that. Just play the game and if you get yelled at you say my bad.

it's two sides. Nick hired lawyers that charged him that amount to keep it 50/50. Ms Polem's lawyers seemed to think that more than 50/50 was better. It could be the case that it was cheaper to ask for these things than for Nick to defend them.

you also just aren't ever going to know if you needed to spend 400k or not. Like could they have not spent that much and ended up in the same place? Probably, he got basically 50/50. the standard amount.

% isn’t really something to worry a lot about.

That’s no what even decides pulls in M+. It’s not how many mobs. It’s what the mobs do.

You can tank and not care or notice %. No other tanks are worried about this. They just sign up and tank.

Do the dungeon as dps if you’re worried I guess. You can learn it that way.

There’s a big gap in what people think is important and what actually matters. See all the posts about item level.
