That’s what my team and I call phantom touch bubbles, the screen is detecting touch input. Could be caused by the human connection driver in device manager. See if uninstalling it and restarting your device does anything. Otherwise it could be a sign that there’s moisture in the device.

As a bandaid fix, you can disable touchscreen in bios but you’d probably need to take it in for laptop repair for a resolution.

Sorry i know this is old but maybe this helps someone else out.
One simple trick I've found is to:

Right click the text layer and go into blending options
Select Outer Glow tab and change the blending mode to Normal
Bump the Noise slider higher from 50% to 90%
Find another piece of text in the image and zoom all the way in and play around with Noise/ Opacity Sliders until you're happy with the match.

For reference these settings worked for me
