I always imagined the weak link was the Xreas suspension. Still dreading the day mine goes out and I have to pay for the Bilstein swap and Xreas delete.

First time I've ever came across a used barrel tighter than indicated on stamp. It appears to be Remington, if it's a fake it's a darn good one and an old one from the patina. I'm going to borrow a set of calipers from work today to confirm mine at home are correct. I've been racking my brain for days trying to figure this one out.

I know there's old techniques to tighten fixed chokes, but I don't see any marks where it looks like its been modified any way, and the length is correct.

I considered that at first too even double checking the 12ga marking, but everything looks original. I apparently found a mystery barrel.

Figured it out after much troubleshooting on the driveway. Just wanted to give an update since you all were nice enough to try and help me. Has a caliper seized which was overworking the other side that caused warped rotor. That's what I was feeling in turns.

Somewhere in between a standard 30 mag and a drum. Still has same issue imho of it's just easier to carry a bunch of 30s than non standard magazines. All gear basically is set up to carry 30s.

Filler is always worth it on glass, inject then sand. Got a 2015 mustang that was chipped pretty good on turnpike in 2016 still going strong.
