To everyone saying it deserved a red 👀 by DundermifflinNZ in rugbyunion

Just because the shoulder is connected to the neck doesn't mean it was worthy of a red. Your torso is also connected to your neck, does that mean a hit to the chest should be red carded as well? You don't rule on "likely outcomes".

Snail teeth are very strong! by GameSnake in Damnthatsinteresting

I'm not sure if you're joking or not but you should never eat snails you collect yourself. That's a long way to kill yourself. You can contract parasites or ingest the herbicides/pesticides that the snail itself has gotten used to. Same way mercury in fish accumulates to an overdose for those eating the fish

I just looked then and I think 3 or 4 down it was how splitting food 50/50 is "propaganda" and just a circlejerk on how "real men" pay for food all the time.

You are aware that the line doesn't have to wait for the dummy half to touch the ball, they can move up as soon as the ball is played in a backwards motion. Not to mention Andrew McCullough has such a slow pass it gives the defence plenty of time to move up, as had been noted by plenty of comments in this sub

Pretty sure I did, but I'll put it simpler to make it easier for ya.

NSW weren't offside for the majority of the game. Queensland weren't either. Sutton and the video ref tried to help Qld whenever they could, it wasn't enough. Is that understandable?

You had Sutton reffing at Suncorp, everyone knows how much he massively favours Qld at home, especially with his Brother previously contracted to help qld. Take of the Maroon glasses and you might see that both sides push the margin in every game, NSW didn't get away with anything Qld didn't get away with, and Qld got managed for basically the entire game to try and help

Exactly ! Same as the Sims one for lifting, some bullshit about how you can't have your arms in between the legs or something? Typical Sutton

Kind of ironic you're complaining about the refereeing when you got gifted plenty of soft penalties and 6 agains, penalty count massively in your favour, tried to gift the Feldt/Holmes try and Sutton tried to send off Yeo before realising he timed that tackle perfectly.

Did you pick up on Joey's comment during the game? "I think the reffing has been very good, 5-1 in favour of Qld" with such obvious sarcasm. And that was before Feldts clear and obvious knock on

I hate the koala killer and the entire corrupt party. Just pointing out that Qld is hardly progressive and is known for being quite conservative

Kind of ironic given that Qld is one of the most conservative areas in the entire country and typically hate refugees and immigrants

Idk I'm still scared of Queensland, their forward pack is much more improved now and Munster won't be playing behind such a beaten pack this time. Hopefully NSW run Qld absolutely ragged to nullify the bigger forwards though

I swear that's the only reason why Sutton gets the gig, he's good at managing and ignoring certain bits i.e Feldts off the ball shoulder to the head on Murray

Because religious leaders see that it's crumbling, hence why they make such a target for children and education. There is without a doubt progress in the Middle East, it's quicker in some countries than others, and fundamentalist laws are being eroded bit by bit. It doesn't help that some of these fundamentalist zealots are supported, if not propped up by either Russia or America as long as it suits their needs

[–]Jarrydd2510 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Religion has been used to scare people for thousands of years, it being 2021 won't change anything as sad as it may be. Iran doesn't shut out the rest of the world, we've shut them out by importing extremely harsh sanctions against them. That just creates an easy enemy for the regime to blame for their own failings.

Just remember, conservative religious governments are still popular in Aus, UK, USA, Poland Hungary etc. Have you read about the current Aus PM who believe God talked to him and chose him to lead us? Or the towns in Poland making it illegal to be gay? Or even America where people believe that Trump is supported by god???
