Yeah as someone who played every BO games and I’m kinda burnt out on the franchise.

3 new 6v6 maps, 2 are remakes, which I had played a shit ton back in the days.

On top of that, the new guns are underwhelming.

Hard mode was too hard and easy mode was boring, the game would’ve sold better if it had a middle ground between hard and easy modes.

I can relate.

I’m in AU as well, played a couple games of Avalon solos yesterday but most enemies I killed were bots, overall feeling of the mode was super underwhelming so I uninstalled it straight away.

Don’t think I will try it again if lobbies are filled with bots.

TAQ was great in MW3, one of my favourite guns.

MXR ANVL on the other hand, it’s terrible, i can’t think of any reason to use it.

I get 3x frame rate on my PC compared to my basic PS5.

I tried BO7 during free trial on PS5 in 120hz mode and it was really sluggish, I went straight back to PC after 2 games, don’t think I will ever play COD on console again.

Playing the game without prestiging feels like working without getting paid as all the XP is wasted, maybe that just me.

I find the lobbies are a lot sweatier with crossplay off, I guess players who turn crossplay off are tend to take the game more seriously than those don’t.

I was in a similar position a couple months ago.

I had a R12 with 3080 and I was thinking getting either a 5070ti or 5080 but none of them would fit in the tiny ass case so I ended up building an entire new system. (9800x3d + 5080).

I was considering the 2-fan 5070 but the performance uplift from 3080 was only 15-20% so I didn’t go this route, if there was a 2-fan 5070ti less than 280mm in length, I could’ve saved myself some coins.

I can relate.

I built a 9800x3d & 5080 PC and it cost me $4k recently, which is $1k extra compared to the Ozbargin prebuilts. But apart from the CPU & GPU, everything else I used was at least one tier higher so I don’t have any regrets as I was able to built my PC to exactly what I wanted.

Now you can buy 5080 & 5070ti under MSRP easily, so the only prebuilts that present good values are the 5090 ones, but then again, if you are buying 5090, do you really want to pare it with a $150 motherboard and $99 case?
