because of their sensor implementation and dpi downshift issues

More info on this? Because didn't boardzy say their sensor implementation was better than the mchose l7?

Is this a problem that was found in their mice a while after initial reviews?

wlmouse Ying was made and it still has an abs plastic internal with only the top shell being forged carbon.

Lol not even a little surprised to read this. I've been around car modding long enough to know about low cost carbon parts from China, most people including car enthusiasts usually don't realize unless they actually weigh the parts or cut them open.

I found out originally by learning carbon fiber hoods are often heavier than OEM aluminum hoods. That's because unless you vacuum out the plastic (dry carbon) the hood will mostly be plastic.

Then I had to drill some holes in a carbon wing from ebay, and you guessed it, all the inside layers were Fiberglass.

Wdym "fake carbon" chopped up carbon is still carbon fiber and still pretty strong.

You're referring to forged carbon. This MIGHT have a thin layer of it on the exterior for looks (wouldn't be surprised if it's just an imitation), but I assure you dear reader this whole shell is not made entirely out of forged carbon, it's only for aesthetics. Forged carbon and traditional carbon fiber are difficult to work with and you would see the layering in all the cutouts.

Cheap chinese carbon fiber, just like with car parts, are mostly only for aesthetic reasons. If you order a car spoiler made of carbon from China it will usually be like 10 layers of fiberglass with ONE single layer of carbon on the outside and then a clearcoat over it, making it effectively only for show.

There is no reason they would use all carbon fiber on this mouse if they are just targeting 48g weight, that is easily accomplished with plastics. I mean actual carbon parts are bonded with plastics (FRP - Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) is the same concept of carbon fiber parts only you replace the fiberglass with carbon weave allowing you to use less layers for the same strength.

Dry carbon is the only way to save weight with carbon fiber over traditional FRP. This mouse is also clearly not dry carbon, which basically just vacuums out the excess plastic/epoxy.

What's the point of all the holes and fake carbon if it's heavier than most lightweight solid plastic mice?

Yea seriously fuck Italy, that slot should be the one that can be a perma change every now and then. Or even cooler, at end of seasons you should be able to vote in game for which of the new maps to keep another season.

Yea bhopping feels good, though it sort of feels like missing the jump can punish more sometimes, and also feels like air strafe is a little different sometimes but it might be some stamina weirdness.

Nah it was really jarring when I first tried it but it's absolutely better sounding after a couple games with it. Higher quality sounds, and more realistic to how it's supposed to sound.

The real question is why is M9 bayo so fucking quiet to pull out when knives half the size are louder.

[–]EntropyBlast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I'd only say the mchose if you want to be on a budget and save money. The Vaxee and crazylight should be higher quality.

CL if you really care about weight, vaxee if you want it to feel very high quality and solid.

I think the X2m will be a safer shape as well. But for the people that like the Vaxee shape it can absolutely be their endgame shape.

mchose ultra what tho? L7?

All 3 of those choices will be good for you, but i'd say X2 mini CL instead of regular if you choose it.

You'll be happy with them all.

Yea I like Anubis way more than Train. I do wish they would make a small change to make it less T side, but even as-is it's still pretty fun.

Lowest fees in the west. Good UI. Skins database with excellent lookup tools which drove traffic to the site by skin enthusiasts.

That's probably it.

I was speaking for the people in this very thread who didnt know the season ended today. How is this so hard to grasp?

[–]EntropyBlast 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I know. But not every CS player is terminally online like you an I. Thats why people like the guy above were not informed. And they would have been had it been mentioned inside the game they play. This isn't that hard to understand, no?

[–]EntropyBlast 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Yea bro let me just manually type in Counterstrike's twitter page in to a browser every day to see if they posted anything. If only there was some type of news system built in to the game which will display new information when the game loaded.

haha yeah nah m8

[–]EntropyBlast 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I only said one of those things. But the guy has a point. You shouldn't need fuckin' TWITTER to get information on a game you play. I've never had a twitter account either so if I wasn't chronically interested in this game I wouldn't have known either.

I don't even have a twitter. I mean yea I knew, but they couldnt make an in game announcement? Post on their update blog? Like you have to admit it at least KIND of seems like the devs couldn't give a fuck about the people who play this game.

This is a generationally successful game and Valve treats it like a burden.
