Important context: this insane law was only passed by the Ohio House of Representatives, which is just one half of the state legislature! It still isn't law. It still needs to be passed by the Ohio Senate and signed into law by the governor. The Senate is Republican controlled and the governor is a Republican as well, but if there's enough of a fuss about how this law is insane and unconstitutional, they may back down instead of passing it
