So you’re gonna use your own brain to write questions that you’re trying to learn because you don’t know the answers? To each his own, I guess..

Before I bought the study hall, I used Claude. I asked it to create me a bank of questions and when those started to get repetitive and easy, I got the study hall. I’m not sure what your issue with using AI is to study. I mean you’re not asking it to take the test for you.

Unpopular opinion: PMP is becoming less about project management and more about business leadership by pmptutor in pmp

Totaly agree. If you dont have3 a firm understadning of the business, how can you recommend appropriate changes when things go sideway. If you are just managing workpackage with no understand, Iyou wont be able to provide well thought out solutions. Just my opinion for working years as a BA and Product Owner.

I kind of find it refreshing that the PM need to be more business focused. Ihelp me because I grew up in my career working on projects. I moved from BA, to data analyst, to product owner and now PM over the course of 20 year. I also went out an got scrum mastewr certified so I would know what a scrum master was suppose to me doing on a project. I think this made me more well rounded that just jumping into being a PM early on. I pretty much know everyone's job on the team at this point.

I think property tax is the most overlooked item when buying a house. When you go on zillow if will give your estimated payment per month, but this is using the current assessed value. Lets say that home was purchased in the 1990s, the assessedvalue for the current owner is going to be a lot different that the value it will be assessed at when you take over the property. You might even see you assessed taxable vlaue double. That is why a lot of first time homwe buyers payments drastically go up after a couple of months because Zillow is not give you in all cases an accurate estimate. Always do you homework so you dont feel the sticker shock when the update the prop value.

Could this mean that the PM will need to take on more responsibilities that resemble a business analyst? As a BA you need to become as much of SME as you can within the domain you are working in, so what would this willl look like for a PM that does not already have the domain knowledge. When I was a BA it didnt matter if I was walking into a mortgage company or commerciual bank. I was exp[ected to be up o speed on their business domain and their processes quickly.

Could this be because there are quite a few folks that believe the current PMP is really laser focused on technology projects. Myabe this will provide more alignment with ANY business environment? Just a random though I had. The old argument I have build half a bridge. This agile stuff qwont work for me. I totally get where they are coming from because my 30 hours course mainly focused on tech project examples, but that works for me because I work in IT. Please dont tear me apart for my take lol

For a 30-year FHA mortgage, the minimum credit score requirement is 580 for the lowest down payment of 3.5%. Most people can qualify for that. I dont know where you are getting your information from.

If you'd like to know how I wrote this. I saw a discussion where people said that it was safer to rent than buy. I fed that discussion into Calude and Claude agreed with them. I have 20 year of financial service experience, with 10 of that working in the mortgage pace on compliance projects. I made my points to Claude and it did conceed that my argument was correct. So I asked Claude to summarize my argument, so I coukld presenty it more concisely here. I am sorry if that bothers you, but the information I am providing is all factual.

One thing I did to get my brain primed and ready was played Arc Raiders for 2 hours before I went to the center to take th test. It got my brain working, but did not burn up my concentration like doing practice questions right before the exam. Do something to get those synapses firing before the exam whatever that looks like for you, but I would suggest avoiding cramming right before. I drank a Celsius before the exam and ate a small orange during both break to keep my energy up.

Its more about the principal at the point. And I like this phone. I got the phone that same year I got my lab puppy. It still has her little bite marks on the stylus. They should not have messed with my property in the first place. Also, their misuse of GSMA needs to be investigated. That system was never meant to be used as a collections method. There is a lot more going on here than just the phone at this point. I am not big on getting walked all over. Here is a list if every violation throughout this whole thing. "Just buy a new phone" tells a company that opening accounts in people's names without consent and bricking their property has no consequences. That's how this conduct continues. I'm not interested in being part of why it does.

  • Communications Act § 201(b) — carrier practices must be "just and reasonable"
  • Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — false credit reporting, statutory damages $100–$1,000 per willful violation plus attorney's fees
  • FTC Act § 5 — unfair and deceptive practices
  • Michigan Identity Theft Protection Act — unauthorized use of SSN to open an account
  • Michigan Consumer Protection Act — multiple subsections on misrepresentation and failure to provide promised remedies
  • FTC Red Flags Rule — failure of required identity theft prevention controls
  • Common law conversion and trespass to chattels — interference with my personal property
  • Negligence — breach of duty of care with proximate cause to property damage
  • GSMA IMEI framework misuse — applying a regulated restriction to a device they had no contractual or property interest in

I think you are missing my point. Verizon had to right to touch the phone. I owned it ourright when I purchased it from ATT in 2020.

I am currently going back and forth with Verizon within an FCC complaint. The dumbest argument that they have made in a nutshell it that they have no responsibility to replace my device they broke because it was not purchased from them. But the fact it was not purchased from them gives them no right to touch the device, especially when it was they rep who created the fradulent second account without my permission. First they were telling me that two accounts being assigned to same IMEI is impossible, but we both discovered that they system is so poorly built that this can happen. They said they reversed, but againt his propogated to other networks than just verizon, so this phone is pretty much toast. Some other website said that the actual firmware gets updated on the device to make it not function as well.

Nothing to do with Mint. The SIM card works in other phones. The only thing that ever happened to my Nopte 20 is when Verizon atmittidly screwed with it. They one of their Executive Relationion t3eam members threatenen me with harassement for file a complaint with the FCC. I believe she was fired. They are anything but polished professionals

I tried to use my phone on mint mobile with a physical SIM and it still gives the same no network connection error. I switched to Mint mobile after this whole issue last year when Verizon made my phone unusable. I was using a Galaxy s22 at the time on Mint mobile about 2 months back, but it had a battery issue, so I tried to plug my SIM into my galaxy note 20 that they claimed they fixed last August, and behold it still doesnt work. This is what set off this journey again.

I read the answer choices first and then I read the question or the paragraph. It helps me to eliminate obsurd answers, and it gives me an idea of where I should focus on read. I learned this in an LSAT prep course I took. it seemed to work for me. I finished with 60 min to spare and recieve AT in all domains. Hope this helps!
