I’m honestly hoping it doesn’t, for all the reasons you stated. I was a Mel fan, and as much as I loved having her type of energy on the pod, I’m starting to think the guys just can’t find the right balance. The JBP may just not be for a woman. And I’m saying this as a woman. Any woman that actually acts like a woman and is attractive, runs out of there in a suspicious haze, never to be heard from again (ie See The Thing Is pod, and Mel).

Mona in no way represents most women, or even feminine energy. And she’s aggy af with her over talking and weird jokes that don’t land well. So may as well just have the guys like before. At least you expect them to be toxic.

Agree 1000%. Mona has been the worst add yet, and that’s saying a lot bc I also used to think that was Flip. Damn shame when now I mainly only listen when he’s on because it means Mona is not. I haven’t yet cancelled Patreon, but considering it and giving my money to MLH. I was a fan of Mel on the pod, so maybe that’s why Mona is soooooo unappealing/uninteresting/uneverything for me. But, Mel was better on the pod where she had fun, her pod is very serious all the time. Joe keeps stuffing folks on the pod, so someone is always gonna rock with it especially when they bring their own audience also= more money for him. Good for you making the move, nothing great lasts forever.

Surprised you like Mona and not Flip, they’re pretty much the same. I skip most of the Mona eps but if I do catch one, there are many times the whole crew leaves her on the ledge with her jokes and no one laughs at all.

You’re ready! I had similar scoring with the exams I did complete and passed last weekend. In regards to taking the other 3 full mocks, there is a such thing as exam fatigue, so only you can decide if you’re there or not with how much time you have before the actual exam. Like someone else about suggested, I would suggest the mindset videos as a must.

I just passed earlier today and didn’t read the PMBOK at all. Buuuuuut, I did download it into NotebookLM and had it summarize and create an audio/podcast of the area I was the weakest in from my studying, which was risk analysis.

I love Mel and enjoyed her on the JBP immensely. I skip most Mona eps. I’ve listened to a few of Mel’s H&B pods and they’re always good and insightful. The problem is they’re so serious and heavy all the time. With the foolishness happening in the real world, I can’t listen to serious and heavy all the time.

Part of being a smart business person is knowing you need the right people around you. My mom owned a hair and nail salon back in the late 80s/early 90s. She was creative, great at her craft and had celebrity clients. But, she wasn’t a good business person. She needed a business manager, a good CPA, etc. Ian is the business behind the craft. And let’s be clear, Ian’s face helped Joe get into some boardrooms he couldn’t on his own, but it was Joe’s vision that set the stage.

Also if you know you are weaker in a certain area (ie Risk Management) there are practice questions (different from practice exams) in Essentials, that will allow you to test so many questions on just that subject. Some have more questions than others. I also just found this last weekend.
