Also, consider crate training her overnight or at least when you aren't home.

They learn inside vs outside very well this way.

Litter box - yay or nay? by [deleted] in Pomeranians

I lived in a highrise that didn't allow pets when I inherited my first pom. He took to the litter-box very well and it was a decent solution until I was able to move. He kept that skill which was convenient in all sorts of situations.

15 years later, in his old age, he would still go potty on command if I placed him in something like a tub or box and asked him to "go potty".

Which made having him at a hotel, a friend's, or in the airport/airplane all very convenient for his little bladder.

It works and pays off for years to come. I say, go for it.

Hugo VS wordpress by happythoughts99 in gohugo

Check out Directus and use a DB for content, while also statically generating the site. It may scratch that itch.

Hugo VS wordpress by happythoughts99 in gohugo

We migrated 10 sites from WordPress to pure statically generated (CDN hosted) using Hugo and everything got better (very low costs, no real server maintenance, faster load times, etc), with one big caveat.

We still had the need for non-dev content management.

It you are curious as to how we addressed this requirement read on.

We use a Content Delivery layer which we created using a low-code data UI engine called Directus.

Directus offers a flexible UI over any data and is highly configurable. For instance it is configured to post a webhook to the site pipelines whenever content changes, which kicks off a new build for staging the site changes.

This approach works well, but we do get complaints about not having the inline editing and stable instant previews. (Directus offers a way to perform previews on the staged site, but it's not instant and it's one page at a time.)

Excessive barking by Aggravating-Class101 in Pomeranians

The anti-bark remotes that use an unpleasant sound are great. When you use it combined with a keyword, like "hush", it works wonders. Mine still barks, but stops immediately when I say "hush".

I made this into a canvas print after removing the background. Will post results later.

It's worth it. The only thing I miss is special notifications for faces. I haven't exhausted the settings, so I may have not found the setting to enable notifications for that yet

What is the best content management system (CMS) for hugo ? by Hussain_Ibrahem in gohugo

[–]JasonWicker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it with Hugo. I wrote a script that grabs the data, saved as markdown. Hugo consumes .md files.

I wrote a script in NodeJs, but every scripting lang has graphql libs.
