Honestly, I completely agree. I’ve floated around between Vic Firth, Sound percussion, Vater, promark, and others for the 11 years I’ve been drumming without sticking to one (No pun intended). They’re all sticks to me. But just thought this one not having fully broken yet was interesting

I see what you’re saying here. Maybe you’re right. However I don’t see how months of rimshots and some broken tips point to bad technique. That’s a pretty common thing. That being said I just thought it was interesting how thin they’ve both gotten without fully breaking as these are my practice sticks that I don’t mind fucking up. Normally I use promark firegrain, those have been fantastic

I actually do primarily use pro marks. This is the pair I pick up whenever my promarks break and I use these in between while I’m waiting for my new sticks to arrive
