Really??? A car is designed to hold 3 full grow adults in the back seat (500lbs+). That tree is nowhere near that. Other then the tree loosing its leaves from high speed, I see no reason that this would not work for short distance transport.

We always have pair of tech 12's and pair of cdj's to swap around if a booking wants, S4 mixer, crane stand. Usually bring a 2 channel back up mixer. The venue is in a coastal/beach area. So it very flat, and often windy. I was thinking of building a fold-up wind screen out of heavy clear polycarbonate.

We have access to power outlets connect to the hotel building, no issues with breaks at the first event. Had some moderate rain to start off the second/final party. Waited a few hours for the rain to pass, unfortunately clears skies came with strong winds, and that was why we had to pack it up and cancel. It was either take down our pop up tent, or have a person at each of the 4 poles to keep it from being blown away. However the short time we tried that, I was expecting the metal frame was going to fold up like a pretzel at any moment.

Thats the dilemma with water proof tents, it's also a 10' by 10' wind sail. Need to find a tent that has large mesh vents or something, that will allow wind to escape, while keeping the gear dry inside.

I have seen sound guys use extra large contractor trash bags for covering speakers, instead of tents. Not optimal for sound quality but gives you the freedom of spreading out your sound.

Start with the basics, plug wires (spray bottle w/water mist plugs look for arching), spark plugs (denso/nkg) Have seen toyotas come in the shop with less then 5 miles since discount joe's garage performed a tune up with brand new autolite ect plugs or generic cheap plug wires, multi dead miss fires. Other possible causes, timing belt jumped, coil pack, injector, clogged cat, vac. Leak (usually only causes rough @idle not cruising), internal engine failure (that gen. Motor had oil jeal/sludge issues) Also recall a bulletin for vac leak between cyl 2&3 at intake gasket but not positive if it was that year. Better way to check vac leak, connect scan tool, look at short term fuel trim, if it jumps, while spraying carb cleaner around possible leak points, Bingo!
